The Casera di Martinelli strong with an experience of three generations, is responsible for the production, seasoning, production and marketing of cheeses. Our business is the production and the seasoning of soft cheeses like Taleggio PDO, Bergamino e Formaggella. In our gamma are present also: Gorgonzola PDO, Grana Padano PDO, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, Quartirolo Lombardo PDO, goat’s cheeses, sheep’s cheeses.
